Job Summary

As a successful Sr. Business Advisor you will lead the effort to plan and execute sales and business development strategies to grow the client base of Infinite CXO.  Through your personal network and lead generation efforts, this role will hunt and close deals for our Business Transformation Services.  Our Executive Growth Partners will walk alongside the Business Relationships you create, bringing the best of Consulting and Coaching practices for a complete package of organizational growth.  

Reporting to the Founders, the role will collaborate with the Executive Growth Partners, to ensure your clients success.  They will do the work in the residual relationship, and your pipeline of opportunity will not be disrupted by having to service your clients.  

Objectives

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
  • Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline.
  • Help build a Strategic Partner Alliance for Referrals.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Willingness to proactively make outbound sales calls and engage with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in executing effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales techniques.
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software to maintain sales pipeline data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
