About Bianca
Bianca deeply believes that without each team member building the career they truly want, companies will struggle to meet full revenue growth and profit potential. She has spent the past 20 years leading high performing teams and companies through revenue growth to successful next stages such as fundraising or M&A activity.
Bianca was CEO at Social Intelligence Corp for 7 years, deploying aligned business development strategies coupled with strong product development and optimized operational processes to carry the company through a successful exit to Fama Technologies Inc. Alongside her executive work, Bianca has been a business consultant, CEO advisor and online learning instructor for over 5 years with several courses available on LinkedIn Learning. Her motto is “Service as an Attitude” and she values trust and direct candor as key ingredients to successful team dynamics.
Bianca lives in San Diego, CA with her husband and two young sons where they enjoy sunny days by the pool and any type of outdoor fun to wear out the little ones. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University, and Undergrad from UC Santa Barbara.
