About Briana
Briana’s most recent work with Andrew Reise Consulting highlights her breadth of knowledge from customer experience management, process improvement, various IT integrations, marketing, VOC strategy and implementation, logistics, credit card, finance and mobile application development.
She is a Jayhawk , graduating from the The University of Kansas with a degree in Psychology and moving onto her MBA in International Business from Baker University and completing her Doctorate in Organizational Development. While in her Project & Operational Management roles at Hertz Corporation she became Lean Six Sigma Certified. She also studied Strategic Management at Harvard University and is trained in Organizational Change Management.
Briana enjoys cooking, volunteering, spending time with her 13 year old son and attending Kansas Basketball games.
