Strategic partnerships

Serve the client together.

We collaborate with investment banks, venture firms, CPAs, advisors, independent consultants, insurers, staffing firms, and technology companies. The measure of the partnership is whether the client is better served.

A good partner already has the client's trust. When you bring that client to us, we do not step in front of you. We learn the work you are doing, and we add assessment, workshops, and coaching only where they help the same people you serve.

The exchange runs both ways. We want to know your services well enough to send a client to you when the need is not something we deliver. Leadership that serves does not hold on to work that belongs in someone else's hands.

The client first

An introduction is a trust. We show up to serve the leadership team you already know, not to take the relationship over.

Your work stays

When you bring us a client, we support that client and the service you are already providing. Coaching sits beside your work. It does not replace it.

A clear way back

We want to understand what you deliver. When a need is not ours, we redirect the client to you rather than stretch past our practice.

A smaller circle

We keep the community small enough that we actually know the people in it, and the work each of them does well.

How the collaboration works

Learn the engagement you already have

Before we propose anything, we ask what you are doing for the client and where our work would help or get in the way.

Support both sides of the relationship

Assessment, workshops, and coaching for the client. Coordination so your service is strengthened, not crowded out.

Know your practice well enough to refer

We take time to understand your services. A later client who needs what you do should hear your name from us.

If this is the kind of partnership you want, tell us who you serve and what you already provide. Write jshade@infinitecxo.com or call (614) 596-9712.
